We are looking for a:

Technical Advisor

to drive business growth in the industrial sector of Northern Greece

A Technical Advisor role means:

  • Reactivating and engaging existing clients in the database.
  • Identifying, actively pursuing and opening new client accounts with a hunter mentality, mainly in non-food industries.
  • Focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships providing them technical knowledge and support as needed.
  • Demonstrating the Interflon products for specific applications showing solutions to clients’ challenges and helping them to achieve their plant goals.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and product developments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

What we are looking for:

  • At a minimum, a diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a technical background as a mechanical technician, engineer, and/or practical experience selling technical products
  • Proven experience, at least 5 years, in a B2B sales environment, preferably in technical consumables for non-food industries
  • A strong personality with a high degree of self-motivation, driven by achieving sales targets and interest in ongoing training
  • Excellent prospecting skills to open new client accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
